Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book holiday lights installation?
Permanent lighting can be installed any time of year and is ready for every holiday after that. For seasonal displays, we install from late October through November, so we recommend booking a walkthrough as early as possible.
Do you supply the lights or do I need to buy my own?
We supply everything — commercial-grade LED lights, extension cords, clips, timers. You don’t need to buy or own anything. If you already have lights you love, we can work with those too.
When do you install and when do you take down?
We begin installations in mid-October and run through late November. Takedown is typically in January — we’ll agree on a specific date with you during booking.
Can you integrate with my existing smart home system?
Yes. If you have Savant, Control4, Lutron, or a similar system, we can connect your holiday lights to it. Same app, same schedules, same scenes.
Are you insured for roofline work?
Yes, fully insured for roofline and ladder work. Your property is protected.
Do you work on HOA properties?
Yes. We’re familiar with HOA guidelines in Atherton and Palo Alto neighborhoods and can design within any restrictions.
